For four days, 160 employees of a leading company in the tool industry gathered in the heart of Tarn-et-Garonne, in a pristine natural setting, for a convention focused on collaboration and the future. The goal was clear: rebuild unity, strengthen trust, and foster a shared momentum.
Plenary sessions and working committees set the tone, harnessing energy and aligning visions. Games, challenges, and collaborative workshops also punctuated the stay, creating moments of connection and showcasing the full power of teamwork.
The surrounding nature offered a revitalizing escape: hiking, kayaking, via ferrata, and mountain biking unleashed both body and mind, sharing the pure energy that only the outdoors can provide.
